‘Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’ is a cow boy film which happens in 18th century and it is about a youngster who confronts slavery. While Raghava Lawrence is doing the lead role, Padmapriya is acting with other two heroines Lakshmi Rai and Sandhya.

That does not mean that I have aimed National Award. I would be happy if I get an award but I am not acting for awards. Namitha is scared of committing new projects in Malayalam

As we all know, Buxom Babe Namitha is desperately in need of a hit to retain her title as the Sex Diva of South Indian Film Industry. She is relying greatly on her latest trilingual film ‘Nil Gavani Ennai Kadhali’, titled as Black Stallion in Malayalam and as Iddaru Monagallu in Telugu.

The Lusty Busty babe Namitha plays the role of a bar dancer in this film and she has exposed like never before including hot bedroom scenes and a hot number shot in the backdrop of a boat house in the backwaters of Kerala. During the audio launch held at Four Frames Preview theatre, Chennai recently, Four songs were screened which showed a Very Sexy and Glamourous Namitha dancing in club numbers, a rain song and even a folk song.

At audio launch, Namitha seemed excited about this project and said, “This is my first film in Malayalam and though I got many offers earlier I was apprehensive about the working schedules there. The role gave me lots of scope to perform and the glam scenes are only in the songs, in the film I am covered from head to toe!”

A leading Tamil evening daily in its recent edition wrote that lot of offers from Malayalam film industry knocked Namitha’s door after acting in Black Stallion. But Namitha is scared of committing new projects in Malayalam as she feels that they may do morphing of her face, add it in second grade sex films and release it at morning 11 O’ Clock shows in Mallu theatres (In colloquial language they call it as ‘Bit’ films). The news also says that Namitha is ready to act with big stars like Mammooty and Mohanlal without any hesitation. Actress Namitha recently spoke about her third Kannada film

Popular South Indian actress Namitha recently spoke about her third Kannada film, Hoo. She loved working with actor Ravichandran and actress Meera Jasmine, with whom she has got closer.

I am happy to have genuine fans-Namitha

Southern actress Namitha says she has no plans to change her glamour girl image because her fans like her in her sexy avatar.

“I am happy to have genuine fans who wants to see me in best of roles. They advise me sometimes about the type of roles I should do. Many of my fans say that I should not do away with my glamorous image. I know that glamour is my selling point and I have decided to stick to my sexy image and please my fans,” Namitha told IANS.

She is so popular that her fans have built a temple in her name in Tamil Nadu, but she hasn’t visited it yet.

“I know my fans have built a temple in a place near Coimbatore. I haven’t visited the temple yet. I was busy shooting for films in all the four South Indian languages. Whenever I have time, I go to Mumbai to be with my family. I love the food prepared by my mother and would not miss any opportunity to be with her. She is also coming to Chennai to be with me during my shooting,” said the actress.

Namitha was here recently to shoot a dance sequence for the Kannada film “Hoo”, which is being directed by Ravichandran for producer Dinesh Gandhi.

Namitha, who features in two song and dance sequences, says that she agreed to do it because Ravichandran is also acting in it.

“Ravi sir is a specialist as far as showing his heroines glamorously on the screen is concerned. He gives enough space to his heroines on and off screen. He has given me a very good role in the film which has given me scope to perform and also showcase my glamour quotient,” said Namitha.

Namitha had recently worked in a Malayalam film “Black Stallion” with Kalabhavan Mani which has now been dubbed in Tamil. She also featured in the hit Telugu film “Billa”.
